Welcome to vShip EOOD. By using our software, modules, scripts, or related services (collectively, the “Software”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before installation or use.

1. Parties to the Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between:

  • vShip EOOD, a Bulgarian company (Reg. No. BG201693673), Blvd. Tsar Osvoboditel 2, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria

  • You, the individual or company using the Software (the “User”)

2. License Grant

  • The User is granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use one copy of the Software on one installation of a supported System Version.

  • A separate license is required for each additional installation.

  • Any distribution, sharing, or sublicensing of the Software without written permission from vShip EOOD is strictly prohibited.

3. System Compatibility

The Software is designed for specific CMS versions (“System Versions”). Using the Software on unsupported versions constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

The Software is provided free of charge and as‑is. The User assumes all risks associated with installation, configuration, and operation.

vShip EOOD assumes that the User’s webshop is not mission‑critical to the extent that downtime or malfunction could cause significant financial loss. If this is not the case, the User should not use the Software.

5. Liability Limitations

vShip EOOD is not liable for:

  • Downtime, system crashes, or service interruptions

  • Lost or delayed packages

  • Loss of business, revenue, customers, or data

  • Wrong deliveries caused by incorrect or outdated pickup‑location data

  • Unauthorized access to User or customer information

  • Damages caused by incorrect setup, non‑standard configurations, or third‑party systems

  • Legal or tax consequences arising from use of the VAT module

  • Events outside vShip EOOD’s control (force majeure)

Maximum liability per license: DKK 1,000.

The User agrees to indemnify vShip EOOD against claims made by the User’s customers.

6. Uptime Expectations

vShip EOOD targets the following uptime levels (non‑guaranteed):

  • 99% during daytime

  • 80% between 20:00–06:00 (Danish time)

No compensation is provided for downtime or service interruptions.

7. VAT Module Disclaimer

vShip EOOD is not a law firm or tax advisor. The VAT module does not constitute legal or tax advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before relying on VAT‑related features.

8. Security Notice

The Software does not use SSL or similar encryption technologies. Users should not process sensitive information through the Software.

9. Support

If the Software has not been modified and is used according to these Terms:

  • vShip EOOD provides free technical support for 1 year, limited to 3 hours per license

  • Additional support is billed at DKK 500/hour (excl. VAT)

10. Publication of User List

vShip EOOD reserves the right to publish a selected list of Software users.

11. Changes to These Terms

vShip EOOD may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

vShip EOOD may terminate the license:

  • Immediately, in case of material breach

  • With reasonable notice, for any reason

The User may terminate the Agreement at any time by deleting all copies of the Software.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance.
